Terms & Conditions:
- Rates are in US dollars
- Check in is at 3:00 pm
- Check out is at 11:00 am
- There is a $100 Cancellation fee
- Payment is non refundable unless the dates booked can be filled by another renter
- Room reservations will require payment in full by credit card
- There is a $75 cleaning fee
- 15% discount for 5 or more days
- Holiday rates will be increased by 20%
- Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Payment in full is required at the time of booking and is nonrefundable. If you are unable to occupy the property you may notify us by e-mail at which time we will make the property available to the rental market. If someone subsequently rents the property you will be reimbursed that amount less a $100 administative fee. During your occupancy of the property you as the tenant assume all consequences due to acts of God such as power outages or damage to the building caused by earthquake or storm; there will be no refund of rental fees. If there is a sudden loss of use to any of the amenities during your occupancy a repair person will be summoned as soon as possible. Loss of use will not constitute a refund of the rental fee; you as the tenant assume the risk of equipment failure; we as
property manager assume responsibility of timely repair. In the unlikely event that you find the property unclean upon arrival please contact us immediately at 707.292.2547.
